He is also a contributing editor of Quality Digest, Personal Selling Power and Executive Excellence Newsletter. He earned his B.A. in government and philosophy from Cornell University, his M.A. in sociology and counseling from Colgate University and his Ph.D. in educational administration and leadership from Cornell University.
